ISRO 2017-19
Two years as Scientist SC at ISRO's Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre, working across power electronics, self-healing PCB circuits, and human-rating safety systems for the launch vehicle programme.

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Govt. of India — Scientist SC, Electronics Systems Group, LPSC. August 2017 – June 2019.
PPCU - 75mN
Static Plasma Thrusters (Electric propulsion) are used for NSSK (station keeping) operation and orbit rising for GSAT satellites (13 Nos in service). Designed, developed, tested PPCU for 75mN SPT using state-of-the-art ZVS topology. Achieved 90% efficiency for a 1.6/3.3KW switchable constant voltage module. Mechanical, thermal, structural optimization. Integrated testing with thruster 1 hour continuous.
Self Healing Circuit
Repair open interconnect faults in PCBs; dielectrophoresis + copper particle bridge formation; characterized bridge strength across electric fields and track dimensions. Automated testing setup was developed using PCI-GPIB (C# program) interface. Controller circuit for detecting open faults across 4 channels.
High Power BLDC Driver
37 KW driver for fuel/oxidizer pumps at 40,000 RPM; thermal management via plume divergent shadow placement; FPGA controller, 1553 interface.
PHMS
PHMS is critical for Human rating of launch vehicle. Simulink N regulator model in DSP F2812.
