Summary
Product and platform leader who has owned hardware-plus-software products end to end since 2019 and shipped at every layer of a fleet of physical devices: space-qualified power electronics in service on 13 GSAT satellites (ISRO), a contactless sensor-mat vitals product he ran as Head of Technology and then CEO (BluSim), a DSO-funded PhD applying cloud computing to radar signal processing (NUS), and now tactyle — custom player hardware plus Tact and Stage: deploy content to screens across India, watch live device status on one map, control them remotely, report real impression metrics. Ran USD 1.4M of technology programs and convened a flight-hardware test-review committee. Comfortable leading a technical design review and writing the spec for it.
Experience
- Own the product end to end for a distributed fleet of physical displays: Tact (campaign management — upload creative, pick screens on a live map, deploy, track real impression metrics) and Stage (fleet ops console — live device status across India, 7-step install wizard, real remote control).
- Designed and manufactured the custom player hardware for reliability in retail and outdoor environments, integrated with the Tact CMS.
- Platform on AWS serverless (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, Cognito) with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript; AI-assisted build workflow.
- Owned the company and its technology end to end: contactless continuous vitals monitoring for elderly care — sensor mat, proprietary algorithms, and the monitoring application for heart rate, respiration, sleep pattern, bed position, and presence; intrusive and non-intrusive variants.
- Cloud-computing methodologies for radar signal processing, funded by DSO Singapore; published in reputed journals and conferences.
- Co-founded QSignage, a DOOH ad-tech startup, through the NUS GRIP program — GRIP-funded; the venture tactyle grew out of.
- Designed, developed, and tested the power processing unit (PPCU) for SPT electric-propulsion thrusters flying NSSK and orbit-raising on 13 GSAT satellites in service; 1-hour continuous integrated firing with the thruster; 90% efficiency on a 1.6/3.3 kW switchable ZVS module.
- Built a 37 kW BLDC driver for fuel/oxidizer pumps at 40,000 RPM — FPGA control, MIL-STD-1553, plume-shadow thermal design.
- PHMS health monitoring for human-rating the launch vehicle — Simulink regulator model on a DSP F2812.
- Developed self-healing circuits that repair open PCB faults via dielectrophoresis copper bridges, with an automated PCI-GPIB test rig.
- Convener, Test Results Review Committee (flight-hardware test review); project-managed three technology-development projects worth a combined USD 1.4M.
Education
- Specialization in Microelectronics; Minor at the Industrial Design Centre (IDC).
